Reduce power consumption by up to 40%
Faster burst access speeds for improved sequential data throughout
Optimized for next generation processors and platforms
There’s an easy cure for a slow computer: more memory. Designed to help your system run faster and smoother, Crucial® Desktop Memory is one of the easiest and most affordable ways to improve your system’s performance. Load programs faster. Increase responsiveness. Run data-intensive applications with ease, and increase your desktop’s multitasking capabilities.
Memory is a component in your computer that allows for short-term data access. Since your system’s moment-to-moment operations rely on short-term data access – loading applications, browsing the Web or editing a spreadsheet – the speed and amount of memory in your system plays a critical role. Load apps in seconds by increasing the speed of your memory and installing more of it.
If you’re like us, you use your computer to do a lot of things at once. You might be editing a document, while also looking at pictures and browsing the Internet. This naturally leads to a performance problem: every app you’re running requires memory and competes for a limited pool of resources. Overcome this by installing high-density modules in each memory slot for seamless multitasking.
With just a screwdriver, your owner’s manual, and a few minutes of time, you can install memory – no computer skills necessary. Just watch one of our three-minute install videos, and we’ll walk you step-by-step through the process. Don’t pay a computer shop to do something you can do in minutes!
As a brand of Micron, one of the largest memory manufacturers in the world, Crucial Desktop Memory is the standard for reliable performance. From the original SDRAM technology all the way to DDR4, we’ve engineered the memory technologies that have powered the world’s computers for 40 years and counting. When you choose Crucial memory, you’re choosing memory that’s backed by a limited lifetime warranty and designed for the world’s leading systems.1 Don’t settle for anything less.
1. Limited lifetime warranty valid everywhere except Germany, where warranty is valid for 10 years from date of purchase.

Pros: No need to use XMP. These run at 3200 without requiring an overclock.
Cons: None
Overall Review: I initially bought these for a custom ITX build to help save space. I had to scrap that project. I picked up an HP Pavilion with a Ryzen 7 5700g that came with 1 stick of 16 GB RAM. I swapped in 2 of the Crucial sticks and everything works great. HP doesn’t allow overclocking RAM, so the fact that these run at 3200 without needing XMP is a huge advantage.
Pros: It has been hard to find RAM that works at 3200MHz lately. Almost all of that fancy RGB w/ heatsink RAM requires XMP profiles / manual settings, etc. that off the shelf Dell, Lenovo and HP PCs do not have. This Crucial stuff has never let me down even in laptop SODIMMs.
Cons: No Problems out of this RAM.
Overall Review: Highly recommended if you just want basic, reliable RAM for standard office PCs.
Pros: Fast, Easy to Install, Very Little Setup
Cons: Unfortunately failed very early in life
Overall Review: This ram was really awesome. It was inexpensive and easy to install. Wasnt flashy and had no gimmicks. Just easy-to-use RAM. Unfortunately, whether it was luck-of-the-draw or bad QC, after 40-something days the ram eventually crapped out and started BSODing my PC. I attempted multiple solutions but to no avail.
If anyone wants to take a chance on this RAM, I say go for it because there are many other happy users, I am just not one of them.

Overall Review: I’ve been having BSODs almost daily (sometimes 2 or 3 a day) since I installed this RAM in my HP Pavilion Gaming PC over 6 weeks ago. Haven’t had any issues with Crucial RAM before so I’m surprised I’m having problems now. Unfortunately I’m past the return period. So I’m going to replace them with another brand and hopefully these Crucial RAM sticks will work better in one of the other desktops in our house.
Thank you for contacting Crucial Support. We hope you are having a great day.
We request you to provide us with the following information and we will be able to help you further.

Overall Review: I ordered 4x16Gb and one stick was DOA. It caused my pc to crash repeatedly(BSOD). I ran memory diagnostics on each stick separately and found that one stick was defective. After I removed the defective stick I had no more problems with crashing
