Overall Review: The guy who wrote review Memory size not exact should have done his homework before ordering. Specs for the Dell 5150 laptop shows it uses DDR ram and this is DDR2. They have slightly different size and notch location specs. Not Newegg or Crucial fault that you ordered the wrong memory.
Pros: Wanted to add more RAM from the 1g I had, when I upgraded to a new 7200 RPM HD to replace the sluggish 5400 RPM HD that was stock with my Dell Lat D620. I also loaded fresh Vista HP replacing XP. I ran Vista for one week until I got the new RAM and man what difference! This is the best upgrade for the money I can think of. My laptop is now faster than ever, and it didn’t hurt not reloading all that useless software Dell gives you with a new system. Clean, fresh and fast! Yea!

PC acknowledged 2Gigs right away.
PC works noticeably faster with startup, surfing web, and shut down.

Pros: Great price. Awesome memory company. But…see con below.
Cons: After using the ram for 3 months in my Intel Core 2 Duo Macbook, the computer would randomly restart. I have purchased Crucial memory before and never ran into any issues. I could have been the ram or the picky Macbook (matching pairs are a must).
Overall Review: New Egg takes care of its customers. I requested for a RMA replacement. After contacting customer service and asking them if I could get a replacement for a different item. I was told to hold while the rep spoke to the supervisor. I was given a full refund (w/o having to pay for the restocking fee). I have used New Egg for about 5 years and never ran into any issues with their products. My customer service experience with them has been anything short of wonderful. Thank you very much!!!

Overall Review: I purchased this RAM dual channel kit for a client, who was wanting to upgrade their RAM. This was a great purchase at the time and was priced great for DDR2 RAM. The client was pleased with the laptop afterwards.
