Pros: * Outstanding value – I picked up 2 packs (16GB) for under 3/4 of a Benji.
* I did 2 passes with Memtest86 v4.0a and there were zero errors
* I run VMware on my laptop and verified I needed at least 8GB to run with any reasonable margin (at least 1GB free). Since the price was so good I just went ahead and max’d out my machine at 16GB. Now I have plenty of memory headroom.

Overall Review: I put these in my Asus N53SV-DH72 laptop. It came stock with 6GB of 1.5v Hynix memory. I ran the Crucial memory utility and it recommended this RAM, but it also said my machine only had 2 slots total. Before purchasing the RAM, I opened up the case and verified there were 4 slots, not 2. I also noticed the slots were labeled 1.5v and verified the Hynix part numbers as being 1.5v. Hmm … Crucial got the slot config wrong – do I trust their recommendation?
Since the stock Hynix RAM checked out the same with the Crucial except for the voltage, I figured it would be OK – as long as I didn’t attempt to mix/match. Mixing voltages obviously wouldn’t work. So I bought 2 packs for a 4x4GB config and dropped them in and they were recognized just fine.
Pros: Obviously easy to install
Jump from 3GB to 8GB allows me to play America’s Army 3.2 on my laptop. Windows Experience Index jumped from 5.5 to 7.1 which is now my highest
I haven’t tested to see if I get any extra battery life having 1.35 vs 1.50 Volt.
Programs do generally load faster.
Windows Office loads in 1.5 seconds. (Usually 4-10)
Haven’t installed Photoshop yet. I have yet to figure out how I can force my Mobility Radeon HD 4200 to use more of the RAM in my laptop. Max is 256mb right now. I wish I could set it to around 2GB. My motherboard recognized the ram right away.

Cons: I can’t find a con at this time.
Overall Review: Wish I could attribute more of the 8GB towards my integrated video card. This isn’t a con to the ram because its NOT the rams fault. Anytime your adding to your total ram the increased performance will outweigh the lower performance of 1.35 volt vs 1.50. Everything seems quicker with the 8GB of ram.
Don’t be scared to buy 1.35 volt ram. Lower voltage ram will usually always work if the motherboard is using 1.50 volt to begin with. I bought it and I don’t have any problems.
Pros: Dropped it into my Asus UL80JT laptop and it worked even though Asus web said only 8 GB max checked Crucial and they recommended this 8 GB set . Gave me a nice little boost in performance.

Overall Review: From my experience I wanted go with Corsair but went with Crucial instead do to there better ram search tool. I was Just going to drop in a 4 GB set of 1333 but when I found out this 8 GB set would work it was a no brainier. Thanks Crucial for your great support tools.
Pros: Reasonably priced 8GB memory from a reputable brand. It was a great upgrade for my laptop. I can now keep several large programs open in the background without slowing down the whole system.
Cons: None so far.
Overall Review: Using it with a Lenovo Ideapad U460
Pros: Works with iMac
Cons: None that I can think of.
Overall Review: Installed in a 27 inch iMac. Upgraded from 4GB to 16GB and WOW what a difference. Simple install and computer recognized it. Can’t complain.
Pros: Didnt have to do anything but PnP. Ran a memory test and it passed 100% operational

Overall Review: I installed on an ASUS G73JW. Upgrade from 4x 2GB to 4x 4GB. Taking apart the Computer to get to one memory module was the hardest part.
Pros: Needed some fast, decent, and affordable ram; this was it. Popped it in my Laptop and was good to go. Ran mem test for about 8 hours, and no errors.

Overall Review: I recently bought a Toshiba All-In-One computer with 4Gb memory. I knew I would immediately upgrade to 8Gb. I knew I would use Crucial memory because of the quality and reliability. What I didn’t know is what exceptional service I would receive from newegg! I found the memory kit here at a better price than from Crucial.com. I placed my order on newegg.com over lunch on Tuedsay. By the time I left work at 3:30 I had received numerous communications from newegg regarding the status of my order. When I got home from work on Wednesday, my package was waiting for me. Thank you newegg.com for such exceptional service! I’m a photographer and you can be that newegg.com will be the first place I look for my photography needs in the future!
