Pros: Cheap price.
Excellent quality.
Cons: None that I can think of yet.
Overall Review: I bought this for my Samsung N145-JP02 that I got from a Marlboro contest that came with 1GB of memory but it just wasn’t enough. Replaced it with this 2GB RAM module and now I can use my netbook and actually work on it without getting frustrated at how slow it can be.
Pros: Recognized immediately by this BIOS. The HP 311 docs actually say this is DDR3-1333 RAM, but when you goto order the OEM part in their catalog, it is 1066 in the pictures. Fortunately the gamble paid off and this ram works like a charm on my HP311. Even played some COD4 on it for a while to get it heated up and no issues after a couple hours!
Cons: It isn’t free?
Pros: Crucial continues to deliver a superior product. memory works great, i have used Crucial memory in most of my computer’s including gameing computers, and will continue to do so.
Cons: none
Overall Review: Installed into an Aspire one 255, thumbs down to Acer for not including a door to change out the memory. had to disassemble a good portion (removeing the keyboard, and the bottom of the unit) of the netbook to install the memory. shame on Acer.
Pros: Works Great. Had no problems installing it on a Eee 1015pem. Good boost in performance from my stock 1gb of ram.
Cons: None so far.
Pros: Works great with my Sony VGN-Z590 laptop. Haven’t done any speed tests, but it’s sufficient for my uses.
Cons: None.
Overall Review: From what I understand, unless you have a 64-bit OS, you won’t be able to use all 4GB of your memory.
Pros: Purchased for a memory upgrade on an ACER ASPIRE ONE D255. The one gig factory limit left the net book under performing. This did just the trick. Not that I expect much from a net book but the difference is noticeable. I was concerned about compatibility as I could not find a compatibility list but it worked flawlessly. If you are considering an upgrade this is perfect for under $15.00. You wont be disappointed for that price. You may also want to check you tube for instructions for changing the memory. It was much more than I thought it would be. I have an ACER ONE 1410 as well and it was simple by comparison to this.
Cons: None
Overall Review: Be careful when removing the keyboard. It looks easy on you tube but its kinda tricky. be sure to press the 3 tabs above the keyboard all the way in. then before replacing the keypad press them and lift slightly to pop them back out so they hold the keyboard down. and look at the screws under the keyboard. the 4 you need to remove are labeled”door” just remove the 4. Good luck and happy New Egging!!!
Pros: Works really nice in my EeePC 1015PED.
Cons: None.
