Pros: Shipped in Good and Clean condition and well packed . Product is sold with One year Warranty.
Cons: This Computer was sold as ”Refurbished” from a Microsoft Authorized Refurbisher. I do not know how far we can trust the ” Microsoft authorized Refurbisher ” products? This computer has been shipped with a hard drive with bad sectors (reallocated Sectors) and 58588 hours of work (58k hours is for me a hard drive at the end of life) Anyway it was planed to install a new SSD Drive for the system and keep the used one as Backup drive.
In addition, the Bios was obsolete (2012) and did not see the second hard drive, even with all setting as defaults and all sata’s enabled. This problem has been fixed after updating it with the latest version of the Bios.
My impression is that all they did was; cleaned the computer, formatted & reloaded the Hard Drive with a new Windows 10, then sealed the Box with a good looking ”Microsoft authorized Refurbisher” tape, without other verification or testing the hard drive, one of the most important parts of a computer..
