Pros: Haven’t installed it yet.
Cons: I have read a review of the Intel HD graphics 4000 which said that graphics card was not good for editing TV. I don’t know if this is true, but that’s one of the reasons for this computer up grade. If someone out there knows something about this please email me.
Overall Review: NOT INSTALLED YET!
Pros: A very fast processor, really nice graphics and (2) display ports !!! massive memory, the case had clean new plastic sheeting on side steel cover it was very clean inside and out, fast delivery. Great customer service by vendor and Newegg…..
Cons: First HD was noisy and failed in 36 hours <> no problem refurbisher sent out cross ship HD immediately, I replaced it with a Samsung 250 gb SSD anyway and had planned to from the start . Mouse and keyboard were a joke leave them in thier boxes and donate them to charity…
next the PCI (PCIE worked fine) could not reconize a pci usb card, or video slots would not recognize either a MSI 1gb or EVGA 2gb video card, The mobo will not support more than 1 HD SSD or spinner (it has 4 sata ports on the board) then unit started shutting down ….I tested and replaced the Power supply with a new 80 series EVGA PSU then usb hubs would decide to fail intermittently or give “Last USB device not recognized” errors, finally called Newegg chat and received a replacement RMA. all very quick and professional!
Overall Review: I need the pc for work so I will order another one and ship this back for a refund. Newegg paid shipping and credited me the price difference toward the replacement PC, I always recommend Newegg and this authorized refurbished is a good choice just remember the refurburshers do not “LOAD TEST” a pc they clean reload and check for major issues. I have purchased MANY from Newegg and have had ZERO issues until now and I don’t hold Newegg or the refurb folks accountable for unseen unknown issues. it arrived fast, loaded fine and would probably have not had the issues I had if not loaded and worked it hard from the start… I ask alot from a machine and some issues cannot come to light if not load tested..

It was not banged up as stated in an earlier review
Cons: Specs given here are not accurate:
The DVD was RW (not ROM …but I am not complaining)
It has no HDMI port – only DisplayPort and VGA. Has four front USB ports
The case is noisy – the metal sheet resonates with the fan (I checked the cables)
The sound quality is sub par and sound output is low even at full volume
Intel 4000 is adequate but would work better if it had dedicated graphics memory
Overall Review: Excellent value as office computer for half the price of a brand new with similar specs
I prefer to install my own hard drive and windows with the activation key provided
I would buy another but would prefer faster video and a better sound card
