Pros: Very clean inside and out. Works as advertised! Maybe only one junkware included. I like the fact that the valid refurb product key was on top of the case clearly identified and protected (covered; you’ll know if it has been copied). Comes with (cheap) USB mouse and keyboard. Can take 32 Gb of DDR3 !! (Dell documentation incorrectly says max is 16)
Cons: Did not have doc to explain how to retrieve Win 10 product key. Called the refurbisher (AST) and they never returned call. Turns out
the product key was like a scratch off on top of the case.
Overall Review: Recommended; would get the same product. Leave cheap mouse and keyboard. A clean refurbished Dell would be fine or make the mouse wireless. A product disc (the manual and the drivers) would be good for those wanting clean install of OS.
Pros: Decent value, good performance. Windows 10 already on it.
Cons: I ordered two of these. The mouse was broken for one of them. Hate to take an egg off for that, but it came in the package. It’s certainly not worth sending the whole computer back for a defective, decidedly cheap mouse, but now I have to buy another.
Overall Review: Refurb, so it has minor nicks and dings. There are some chipped spots where it was obviously colored over with a permanent marker. I think they can do better than that.

Pros: Very clean inside and out. Works as advertised! Maybe only one junkware included. I like the fact that the valid refurb product key was on top of the case clearly identified and protected (covered; you’ll know if it has been copied). Comes with (cheap) USB mouse and keyboard. Cons: Expect more for your money, esp when coming from and sold by Newegg. Spend your money elsewhere.
Pros: Very clean inside and out. Works as advertised! Maybe only one junkware included. I like the fact that the valid refurb product key was on top of the case clearly identified and protected (covered; you’ll know if it has been copied). Comes with (cheap) USB mouse and keyboard. Can take 32 Gb of DDR3 !! (Dell documentation incorrectly says max is 16)
Cons: Did not have doc to explain how to retrieve Win 10 product key. Called the refurbisher (AST) and they never returned call. Turns out
the product key was like a scratch off on top of the case.
Overall Review: Recommended; would get the same product. Leave cheap mouse and keyboard. A clean refurbished Dell would be fine or make the mouse wireless. A product disc (the manual and the drivers) would be good for those wanting clean install of OS.
Pros: Decent value, good performance. Windows 10 already on it.
Cons: I ordered two of these. The mouse was broken for one of them. Hate to take an egg off for that, but it came in the package. It’s certainly not worth sending the whole computer back for a defective, decidedly cheap mouse, but now I have to buy another.
Overall Review: Refurb, so it has minor nicks and dings. There are some chipped spots where it was obviously colored over with a permanent marker. I think they can do better than that.
