Pros: Excellent computer. Very quiet and built to last. I have several machines and they work flawlessly..

Pros: Inexpensive
Works well with my Vizio smart TV and wireless service
Cons: The tower makes a weird noise, not sure if its the air or the hard drive
It turns on by itself at the weirdest times

Pros: Came with a 2 TB drive instead of a 1 TB drive. Also had a DVD burner included. Very quiet — no fan noise.
Cons: 3 out of the 4 USB ports on the front did not work!
The SATA cable going to the HDD had the cable covering not fully molded to the connector body so I replaced that.
The cable for adding a second HDD/DVD did not work. Couldn’t tell if it was power or data as all I had in hand was SDD drive.
And most important… this is not a Dell refurb… it’s a 3rd party refurb.
Overall Review: The cable for adding a second SATA drive is difficult to get at so I did swap it out to see why nothing would come up on that other channel.
The sticker with the key code looks ‘suspicious’ but the number did activate. Looked like it was just printed out on an inkjet printer. The case/appearance looked just fine so it looked like a new PC but with the dicey USB ports and the issues with the internal cables made this purchase a bit worrisome. Worrisome enough that what would of been a 5 star review went down to two stars. Just not a machine that I have high confidence in despite of the extra goodies.
