Pros: Unit came with a one year warranty, not the 90 day as stated on the website. It also came with an aftermarket mouse and keyboard. Expect the unit to require many updates to bring win 7 up to date.
Cons: None really, case had a couple scratches on it as was expected.
Overall Review: Unit was very clean inside, came with two DVD drives one rom the other was RW.

HP unit that had half a 1/4 of the memory and HDD space, plus a 10 yr. old CPU.
– My unit delivered with card reader with 4 slots, one for every type/size memory card. I thought that was a
bonus
– In my opinion, this is a great PC at a really good price
Cons: So far, there is nothing I don’t like about the unit, though I’ve only had it for 4 days due to a shipping snafu of the FedEx, not NewEgg’s fault.
Overall Review: Given my experience with this Dell PC to date, I can’t think of anything I’d change about it, and I’d certainly recommend it to others

Pros: It arrived with the advertised hardware. The interior was very clean and the exterior had no dents or noticeable scratches. The setup and activation process went without a hitch.
Cons: When the box arrived, I could feel its contents flopping around inside. Fortunately, there was no damage. Extra foam padding could’ve prevented this. The mouse was very cheap looking and went straight into the trash. The keyboard was better quality and was kept as a spare.
Overall Review: This Dell is faster than my other Dell desktops, so I’m hoping it proves to be just as reliable. I was fortunate to buy this one for a very good price before they sold out.
