Pros: This is a nice 1TB enterprise Seagate drive in a 2.5″ form factor. I’m running this drive in a workstation. It came with a 5 year warranty. (Please note, this most likely will not fit in a laptop, if that is what you are seeking to do. It is much taller than a typical laptop drive.) So far, I’m very happy with it.,
Cons: Because it is a drive intended for servers, it doesn’t support a lot of power management features.

Overall Review: The drive is broken, and there’s a reason they don’t accept returns for a reason. They don’t want garbage shipped back to them.
