Cons: Can’t find any more for $19
Overall Review: I am using this instead of buying flash cards- 32GB, 64GB
This is cheaper and faster. The reliability is probably the same.
I don’t like the reports/comments that complain about flash
card reliability and speed. I bought three aluminum USB 2
cases on sale that work great. These are IDE Ultra 100 so the speed will match the USB 2 speed. Close enough for
me and probably as faster than any Flash Class 10 card.

Pros: I needed a PATA laptop drive and this one was shipped fast, so I am happy now. The MTBF of that thing suggests that the next thing that breaks in this aging PowerBook G4 will be something else, so I have no worries that this disk outlives its host.
Cons: Not as fast as an SSD. Can’t store more than 60GB. D’oh 🙂

Pros: This is a great deal for anyone that doesn’t need alot of space… you can pay $100 more for a 160gig but this one is screaming fast and good for any newer laptop
Cons: none… you don’t need any cables or cardboard from the retail version… no drivers needed.
Overall Review: Make sure you actuall need SATA-6 and not PATA!
Pros: Low Price
Cons: I thought it came with a CPU but did not. No big deal because I can order one. Well apparently they are no longer available. Why sell motherboards when you can’t buy a processor for it. It was my mistake to begin with but you would think they would have a processor. Now I’m returning it but with shipping and restocking it cost me over $40.00.
Overall Review: Don’t return things unless you are prepared to lose 50% of the cost in shipping and restocking.

Pros: Works fine in an external USB enclosure or newer notebook (last 4 years).
Cons: Won’t allow POST when installed in a notebook manufactured in 2001.
Overall Review: Normally, I would expect the Notebook to POST and not detect the HDD because it is too big in capacity. I would then add Ontrack drive overlay in order to then load Windowx XP, but that was a no-go on this drive.
