Pros: Very quiet, with very little vibration if any at all. Does its job just fine, with fairly solid protection from movement, accidental bumping, etc.
Cons: Do not buy this for performance; buy it only for value. It can’t compete with higher-end laptop drives for seek times and transfer rates.
Overall Review: I bought this for use as an external drive in a 2.5″ HDD enclosure. I wanted a back-up drive that was a little more mobile than my 3.5″ external HDD. This drive powers just fine over a USB connection only with the drive enclosure.
Pros: no trouble installing the drive and loading all info. would recomend to anyone

Pros: This has got to be one of the most quiet laptop hard drives I’ve used in a long time. Nice speed for it’s rating and size. Nice price too.
Cons: None.
Overall Review: Used as an additional hard drive for my Dell XPS laptop. I got a drive cradle from Dell, and swap out this drive with the original to change from Vista to XP when needed. May get another to play with Ubunto Fiesty Fawn when it comes out next week.
Pros: SATA and good capacity at a good price. I trust Fujitsu drives. All I can really say at this point is it doing its job exactly as it is supposed to.

Overall Review: Good drive, good capacity, good brand, good price.
Ownership: 1 month to 1 year
Pros: The drive is very quiet. I can’t hear anything from it in my HP nc8430
Cons: So slow it is horrible to use. Max burst speeds of 33 MB and much slower during real use. Makes Vista almost unbearable to run with.

Pros: Upgraded from 40gig to this 80gig. Easy Install w/no problems whatsoever. Cant even hear it running . Fujitsu top quality.
Cons: None so far.
Overall Review: Fast shipping on Neweggs part. Received it in 2 days.
