Pros: Big capacity 1TB is needed in this day and age SEA-GATE is the best out there you can find.
Cons: only con here was my mistake of not looking at the 15mm size when i needed a 9.5mm or 7mm HDD woops ._.
Overall Review: Yes it was my stupidity but hay the RMA process was very easy and hassle free so don’t know were people get there problems from i didn’t have any , Thanks new egg, good job with the customer care, keep it up
