Pros: Server arrived promptly. Inspected all hardware upon arrival, and was very pleased with the condition this server was in. Ran hardware diagnostics to verify all hardware was up to task. I am very pleased with my purchase and placing the order with TekBoost.
Cons: None, –very pleased with the product
Overall Review: I would recommend this product and this company to others. In addition to primarily being satisfied with the product, I was very pleased with how Tekboost follows up on the order to verify customer satisfaction. My post-sales follow up call from Lisa was an absolute delight. Excellent customer service.

Pros: It does have the components that it listed.
Cons: I am very disappointed in newegg for this. I know it was one of their sellers, but newegg is still responsible for selling me this. In the past when something is listed as refurbished, it arrives in good condition and clean. I have always in the past felt confident in buying refurbished from newegg. This item should have been listed as USED and beaten up and should not have been listed as refurbished. The case looks like it was dragged through a parking lot, it is covered in big scratches, the unit was never cleaned, outside is dirty, and inside is very dirty, covered in dust from previous users. Several screws were missing and internal components were falling out due to the missing screws. Upon opening the front access panel, I noticed one of the hard drives had fallen part of the way out. If I wanted a USED and not refurbished unit, I would have bought elsewhere for far less.
