Pros: Fast, easy to install, just plu-n-playautomatically is recognized by bios/pc and utilizedno need to run a setup of some sort.
I upgraded my machine from the 8GB that came stock with this 32GB stick. No comparisonthere is simply no lag with any process/application regardless of how many things Ive got going on.

Cons: Bummed to learn that my motherboard cannot run 3200mhz memory as it downgrades the actual usage to 2966mhz
Not a problem with the memory, per se, but would be nice if the scanner tool would give an alert in that case. Someone may choose to stick with 2600 and save money in the instance that their machine is limited the same way mine is
Overall Review: I would recommendseemingly one of the cheapest brands, but performance-wise, I cant imagine paying 50% or even 100% more would possibly be worth it.
