Pros: It works great. I have my new E6400 Dell Laptop running Win7 with 8 Gigs of RAM. EXCELLENT!
Cons: None
Overall Review: None
Pros: One of the cheapest brand name 4GB rams available on the market. I pulled out the old 3GB on my Sony VGN-FW140D, fitted it with 2 of these, and took the opportunity to upgrade the OS to 64bit at the same time. Everything has been working well for the past 2 months.
Cons: It is STILL a bit expensive.
Also, for a completely different thought, the picture displayed is inaccurate. The ram actually comes with 2 rows of IC, rather then one. I’ve heard it might have impacts on performance, but I personally am just a bit annoyed at the inconsistency of the display, hence knocking off an egg.
Overall Review: It might be a bit excessive to buy TWO of these for a laptop, even for gamers. I can have a decent game and a browser running simultaneously and still keep ram under 4GB, no paging. Laptops typically won’t be able to handle the extreme specs needed to eat up all 8GB of ram. That’s my personal regret.
Pros: Easy install on T61p gave me 8 GB of RAM for better 64 bit OS support.
Cons: none… (if I have to whine it could be cheaper… or free!)
Overall Review: Saw several people who added 2 of these to their Thinkpads and were able to get past the “official” 4 GB limit (make sure you have newer BIOS)
Removed old 2 of 2 GB modules (4 GB total), dropped in 2 of these Crucial modules and now have 8 GB available. Ran Lenovo memory diagnostic OK. Running Vista 64 … and dual booting Mandriva 64 with no problems.
Oh yea.
Pros: Improved my HP DV2Z-1100-CTO laptop’s performace noticably. Very easy to install.
Cons: Bought 4Gb chip, but Windows/32 only supports 3Gb. Windows/64 supports 4Gb but requires reinstall. I stayed at 3Gb — still a big improvment.
Overall Review: Great price fron Newegg. Standard shipping was 4-7 days, got here in 4. I buy from Newegg often, never had even the least issue.
Pros: I took it out of the well packed newegg shipping box then opened my lappy’s access door. Carefully opened the package removed the old 2gb from my Toshiba, popped in the 4gb and BAM! It seriously made a big difference, it’s like a whole new world with 6gb. The programs I use respond better, no more lag with heavier applications.
Cons: I should have done this a long time ago and I should have forked over the $ for a total of 8gb.
Overall Review: Arrived in two business days via ups ground. I have been watch the price of these chips for a few months. I think the price is not going to change too much. So just buy it you’ll be happy you did. If you can afford it buy enough to max out your system.
Pros: -runs cool
-vista runs faster
-system recognized it right away
Cons: none
Overall Review: I upraded my toshiba laptop to 6 gb of memory using this stick. I ran pc wizard to make sure the clockspeeds were running where I wanted em. Have had no issues with it. It is somewhat pricey, but its a 4 gb stick. Would like to have had two, but will have to wait on that. I can honestly say that my boot time sped up, and applications and progams run faster on my computer since I put this in.
Pros: Fast and High Performance RAM Memory
Cons: None

Pros: 4GB, Crucial brand, Samsung chips
Cons: Price
Overall Review: Installed two of these in my Asus M70vn notebook. Got them before the price went up and still paid a lot, but now I can run multiple VM’s with ease.
