Pros: – After fighting with a competitor’s product and multiple RMAs to Newegg, I went for this Crucial memory. It worked flawlessly
– Although I didn’t buy a matched pair, I put two of these modules in and everything’s working fine
Cons: – not as attractive as the competitor’s, but who ever has a chance to look at RAM in your laptop?
Overall Review: After so much frustration with other brands of RAM I thought I wouldn’t be able to upgrade my laptop to 32GB. This memory from Crucial was just what I needed.
Pros: I ordered two of these (a set of two was slightly more expensive than two singles?) and installed them easily and all RAM recognized and working. Good price.
Cons: None that I see yet.
Overall Review: Did a lot of searching as Dell and Intel do not agree on this. Dell says the maximum RAM is 16GB for Latitude E7470. Intel says the chipset can handle up to 32GB. Searched different stories on different brands and while one inexpensive brand had reports of bad display and other erratic behaviors, this one had no such mention so I gambled on this one and won. Still waiting on my NVMe drive to ship…Intel releases it on 28FEB2017.
Pros: – Compatible with my Asus Rog Strix GL702
– Install in secs
– Detected, no problem
Cons: – None
Overall Review: Would buy Crucial RAM again cheap and do the job ! Recommended !
