Pros: After installing some Beta Bios for the Z790 hero, the kit worked perfectly with the XMP Tweaked Profile. Minor adjustments to IMC voltage are required with these Bios.
Cons: Not for everyone, you need a GOOD IMC on your CPU to run these. Most users think these are plug and play, its simply not the case just like any high end memory config.
Overall Review: OVerall, get this if you want one of the bets kits out, but you need to be willing to tweak and tune, and accept that this might not work at advertised speeds with you CPU.
Pros: Great looking, thin, RGB modules
Cons: Inconsistent quality
Overall Review: The 7600mhz kit I received did not work at XMPI without errors in memory test. Once downclocked to 7400mhz, it worked at spec. with no errors. I fudged with voltage for a while but these sticks did not like anything 7600 or higher. I’m finding this to be the case with every Gskill DDR5 kit I’ve bought in the last year. I’ve had 6000, 6400, 6400, 6400, 6800, and this 7600. The best Gskill kit I have is the 6400mhz Hynix Mdie. The sticks I have were binned from 3 different Gskill 6400 kits and I kept the 2 ‘best’ sticks. They overclock to 6800mhz @ 1.45v and I’m able to lower all timings/subs no problem. Pass all memtests. The variance in quality between each module in a GSkill ‘kit’ can be too much. I’m sure if I bought a few more kits and tested each module individually, I could come up with a ‘great’ set but I’m over it. Sending back for refund.
We are sorry to hear you are not satisfied with your purchase. Not all CPUs are natively capable of DDR5-7000+; bear in mind the top Intel CPU at this time is rated for DDR5-5600. Also, not all motherboards are natively capable, so make sure to use one listed on the G.Skill QVL for this particular memory model. If combination is not listed, XMP Profile and the rated specifications should not be expected to work at full speed. In addition, check to see if you have the latest BIOS as updates may improve compatibility. For any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact the G.Skill support team directly for assistance.

Cons: All cons on this one. This is absurdly expensive RAM. But worst of all, it doesn’t perform up to spec.
Had some 6400 Trident Z5 before this and it worked like a charm. Upgraded to the Z790 platform, thought I’d get faster RAM to go with it and grabbed one of their approved boards (listed under QVL on G.Skill’s site) and it can’t pass a stress test above 6600. Definitely sending this back. Either faulty or flaky, and the packaging was also pretty hilariously bad, though that might be NewEgg’s fault. Not sure I’ll try G.Skill again after this.
Overall Review: Don’t recommend. Doesn’t perform at advertised specs, even on a board they list as supported.
We are sorry to hear you had such issues. DDR5-7600 is the top range for the latest platform. Not all CPUs are natively capable of DDR5-7600, the latest and greatest Intel 13th gen CPU is rated for DDR5-5600, so plug and play should not be expected. Check to see if you have the latest BIOS for the motherboard. For two modules in a four slot motherboard, make sure modules are populated in slots two and four away from the CPU. If you continue to have a problem or any questions, please feel free to contact the G.Skill support team directly for assistance.

Pros: Fast speed
Cons: RGB requires its own software to run at all times and defaults to rainbow if not used
Does not work with icue
Overall Review: I will be returning this as Corsair just came out with 7600mhz kits that are icue compatible and this G.skill kit isn’t.
We are sorry to hear you are not satisfied with your purchase. G.Skill memory is complementary hardware so it depends on other hardware such as the motherboard to run and light up properly. Active RGB lighting control software is needed to control memory LEDs. Motherboard RGB software can control memory LEDs as well, however only one software should be active to control the same lighting to avoid any conflicts. For any further questions or concerns, please feel free to contact the G.Skill support team directly for assistance.

Overall Review: I only buy gskill memory for good reason. Like the title says works at the specified 7600 mhz with no issues. Ran memtest and got no errors. Was even able to reduce the latency with no issues. All air cooling and no direct fans. Would definitely buy again!
