Pros: I have tried a few sets now of various memory kits that were rated over 3600mhz and this set was the first to work at the rated speed of 4000mhz with the listed timings. I would assume its quite motherboard specific however. I am using the MSI z490 ACE motherboard, and with the default launch bios, it would throw off many errors in Memtest86, however updating to the more recent motherboard bios version 7C71v11 fixed that and it works perfectly over several tests left running overnight, 0 errors. CPU used was the Intel 10700k
Cons: None that I can think of, quite impressed with the performance and looks of this kit. If I had to give a con I suppose I would say its a finger print magnet, but wearing some gloves would easily fix that when installing.
Overall Review: This memory looks and performs amazing. The gold version of this kit goes well with with the color theme on the MSI Z490 ACE motherboard.

Cons: Not many mobo supports XMP profile.
If you don’t know how to manually overclock, Stay away from this ram.
1.5v voltage is a bit too high but with a ram cooler, you are good to go.
Overall Review: Highly recommend it to people who know what they do in bios. Greate ram with amazing overclock potential, yet you really need to know what u are doing otherwise it won’t even boot.




Pros: The best performance you can get as of now…and no issue at all to get 3733 @ CL14 with with Dual Rank with my 3700X
Cons: They’re definitely not cheap but they’re the best!!
Overall Review: Whether it is their look or their performance, I’m totally in love with those sticks!! I was able to set them to 3733MHz CL14 (and more precisely 14-14-14-28) so it’s perfect to get the best performance out of your system! I definitely recommend them (even though they’re expensive)

Pros: SAMSUNG B-DIE ON A2 PCB! Highest quality memory you can buy! 4,000Mhz at 14-14-14-28-290-1T in QUAD channel on X299 with a 7980XE at 4.8Ghz!! Oh and there’s much more left in these modules. I run these speeds ^ daily! Point a fan at them, they get toasty!!
Super high quality hand picked modules! Mine were manufactured this MONTH!!! 09/2020, I purchased them and received them 09/2020! They are super fresh, and VERY FAST!! This memory is the best of the best. And, I have no doubt they can easily hit 4,600Mhz to 4,800Mhz if you loosen the timmings a little on the right platform, with a good CPU. Or, just run 4,000Mhz like me and drop the timmings to CRAZY LOW LEVELS! I get around 11,400 in R20 with my 7980XE at only 4.8Ghz now.
Cons: They are a little expensive, but you get what you pay for with these! Just BUY THEM ALREADY! I highly recommend these if you have a X299 platform or a TR40 Platform. I have no doubt they will do even lower timmings than my 14-14-14 at 4,000Mhz or even higher frequencies. I haven’t even really pushed them at all. They look stunning, and beautiful too. But, I was in for the SPEED NOT LOOKS!
This is the lowest latency for 4,000Mhz DDR4 on the planet. So, this is probably as good as it gets for binning memory. And G.Skill has certainly binned these to some crazy levels.
When I ordered mine, they were out of stock. So, it looks like there’s not many of these kits available.
Default XMP profiles runs 100% stable, and very easily too. But, I would recommend additional timming tweaks to get full potential. You must reduce (tFAW to 28 or 30) And change (tREFI to 32,767) Then I would reduce (tRFC to around 260-374)
^ For optimal performance and really low latency with high bandwidth, those will help you greatly!!
My memory wasn’t performing as good as it should at XMP, until I changed those above! Very important! I run a combination of XMP and manual timming settings. And this 4X8GB set is ridiculously fast!!!
Overall Review: So, I got extremely tired of getting a BLACK SCREENS WITH MY OLD MEMORY, everytime I would adjust my old 4x8GB Cheap Hynix memory set BLACK SCREEN After post, reset bios, rinse and repeat! I couldn’t optimize them at all. So, I purchased this G.Skill DDR4 4000Mhz Cl15 4x8GB DDR4 set in Gold! They are absolutely incredible. I run them at 15-15-15-26-1T-290 timmings at 4,000Mhz. They never fail! type in a number for timmings or speed, and it boots every time! Best memory to tweak with! I have a Intel extreme i9 7980XE (18) core (36) thread CPU running at 4.8Ghz on all cores at 1.27v. This memory has greatly opened up my X299 platform. I use a EVGA X299 Dark motherboard.

I couldn’t optimize them at all. So, I purchased this G.Skill DDR4 4000Mhz Cl15 4x8GB DDR4 set in Gold! They are absolutely incredible. I run them at 15-15-15-26-1T-290 timmings at 4,000Mhz. They never fail! type in a number for timmings or speed, and it boots every time! Best memory to tweak with! I have a Intel extreme i9 7980XE (18) core (36) thread CPU running at 4.8Ghz on all cores at 1.27v. This memory has greatly opened up my X299 platform. I use a EVGA X299 Dark motherboard.

Updated review, and pictures, memory modules are broken in really well. Running 4,000Mhz at 14-14-14-290-1T at 1.55V.
