Pros: – Great build quality
– Worked right out of the box
Cons: None
Overall Review: Don’t expect these to automatically go to 3600mhz clocked advertised speeds as it will default to 2133mhz, you need to manually enable XMP Profile in BIOS (to new users out there).
I had a breeze experience with these RAM Sticks. I have a MSI MEG x570 ACE board and it was listed appropriately for support in G.Skill’s QVL for these. It immediately picked it up and I went into the BIOS to configure these with the XMP profile, booted into windows no problem, all seemingly stable!
Would recommend.
Pros: Adds more rainbow vomit to my case!
My Kit does 3733mhz with slightly tighter timings.
Cons: They weren’t Micron ICs but for the price I wasn’t expecting them to be.
Overall Review: This ram kit turned out about as well as I could have hoped for the money. This ram uses 16Gb hynix CJR ram chips (part number#H5ANAG8NCJR-VKC) and as such I knew I wasn’t going to get this kit to perform as well as a much more expensive kit based on Micron chips. That being said it does run at 3600mhz assuming your CPU’s memory controller can handle it.
I paired this with my 3950x on a Gigabyte x570 aorus master motherboard and after tinkering I got this kit running at 3733 with 18-19-21-39-60 timings with a tRFC of 700 and got my latency down to 69.3ns from 74 which isn’t awful for high density ram like this. Unfortunately Ryzen Dram Calculator has no idea what to do with this kit so expect a lot of trial and error if you are not just going to turn on XMP and forget it.
The best advice I can give anyone purchasing this kit is to turn on XMP and set your TRFC manually to around 700 as that will get you the biggest latency reduction for the least amount of work, and my board was setting it to 1027 on auto.
The bottom line is I am pleased with this kit for the price I paid and would buy it again.
Overall Review: One of the two sticks is defective. The one that works, looks and works great, XMP brought it right where it should be.
New build, and 30 seconds after powering up, it would reboot, without ever reaching bios. Removing various components I eventually found it was one of these. It won’t boot on the defective stick alone, nor with it in dual configuration. Windows mem test on the good stick came back perfect. Due to the nature of the problem, I can’t mem test the bad stick.
We are sorry to hear a module did not work properly. Please send them in for RMA exchange a new kit should work much better. All G.Skill memory kits are backed by a manufacturer lifetime warranty, so rest assured at any point a module does not perform like new, we can replace it right away. Pros: Running 2 x 8GB on a Daisy Chain Topology
Stable with XMP, and Stable @ 1:1 also.
Active cooling keeps my kit ~36*C in 80*F ambient temps, while running stress tests.
Tested with: TM5 25 runs, Memtest HCI 100%, OCCT Medium data set + AVX2 for 45 minutes, P95 Large FFTs 2+ hrs.. All tests were done multiple times over a period of 2-3 days.
tRC defaults to 89 but can be lowered to 52
With the XMP profile and tRC @ 52, DRAM Calculator Latency test: 64.1ns Custom Latency, 69.6ns Random Latency. This kit is capable of lower/faster latency.
3733 1:1 stable at 14.14.14.30 although YMMV.
Tested using F21 & F22 Aorus Xtreme bios.
1st Attached photo is the default XMP settings.
2nd Attached photo is the slightly altered XMP settings I’m using that passed all the stress tests mentioned above.
Cons: None
Overall Review: This kit is great for Ryzen 3k series chips. Can’t wait to see how well they perform with Vermeer.

Pros: Installed ram set XMP profile at 3600 and voila. It booted into windows.
Cons: None
Overall Review: The Trident software works great. No hiccup whatsoever.

Pros: – Works with XMP out of box
– Fast!
Cons: – None
Overall Review: Don’t let the “NEO” branding fool you, this kit works with Intel just fine and it’s fast as hell! Worked out of the box with XMP on my Intel i9-9900K with ASUS ROG MAXIMUS XI HERO Z390 motherboard.
Pros: 32GB @ 3600 speed with tight timings. Booted first time using XMP profile utilizing the ASRock X570 Taichi motherboard. Ran memory stress test for 2 hours and no errors. Just like the previous review I tightened the timings to 14-14-14-30, 3600 memory speed and infinity fabric set to 1800. NO ERRORS after 2 hours of stress testing! That’s were I will keep it.
Cons: Expensive, but your buying the best for Ryzen series 3 processors.
Overall Review: Excellent Memory G.skill

Pros: Runs as advertised on X570 board once XMP is enabled
Cons: None
Overall Review: I am very meticulous and try to educate myself as much as reasonably possible before making any kind of significant purchase. When planning my recent Ryzen 7 3800X build, one of my biggest sticking points turned out to be which memory kit to buy. This particular kit was one of the first I stumbled upon, but I was initially put off by the fact that – despite the relatively high overall rating at the time – there were actually quite a few very poor reviews mentioning issues getting this to post at advertised speeds. So off I went, falling into a rabbit hole researching trying to find which kit REALLY works best for Ryzen 3000 cpus. The best info I ended up finding were YT videos from Gamers Nexus and Tech Deals who concluded that the most ideal memory for Ryzen 3000 – the “sweet spot” – is either 3600 cl16 or 3200 cl14, but preferably 3600. Based on that, I went back to this kit. But the poor reviews once again made me question it. I know enough to be dangerous, but am by no means and expert so I just wanted a good kit that worked and wouldn’t give me trouble.
Further research led me to the b-die Samsung kits – which many swear by and I’ve no doubt about their quality. However, those kits are both significantly more expensive and getting harder and harder to come by as they are, from my understanding EOL. In addition, I question how much of a real world, non-benchmark scenario impact such a kit would have at least for me and my needs.
For the third time then, back I went to this kit. The sale during BF week was enough to push me into pulling the trigger on it.
Finished my build and at first startup, it posted at 2133mhz – but I didn’t panic! I entered bios (MSI Meg X570 Ace) and simply enabled XMP, and there you have it – 3600 and timings as advertised. If you need/choose to update your bios to latest version, then you will almost definitely have to enable XMP again, no big deal.
Overall great kit for Ryzen. Your search has come to an end!
RGB looks great too!
