Overall Review: Just posting here to report my results with Trident Z Neo F4-4000C18D-64GTZN.
Yesterday I ran some torture tests with Prime95 and some memory tests with OCCT. Unfortunately, Prime 95 returned an error after 20 minutes when my CPU was pegged at 4ghz (40 clock multiplier in Bios), the RAM had the XMP setting of 4ghz.
I turned down the CPU clock multiplier to 38 (3.8ghz max), and ran Prime 95 for 13 hours WITHOUT errors. Also passed OCCT and Blender benchmarks just fine. The system seems quite stable.
I wonder if I’ll ever be able to run the CPU at 4ghz with these RAM sticks. I only have XMP turned on, so maybe there’s something I can do to get stable results at 4ghz? Any suggestions would be great.
All in all, I think it’s safe to say that this particular RAM kit works for X570s Aorus Master Rev 1.0.
We can surely assist with this. As with any AMD Ryzen CPU, DDR4-4000 is the top limit so especially with high capacity 64GB, most CPUs will not be natively capable. Check CPU SoC Voltage in BIOS / UEFI, then manually set it higher to stabilize the CPU internal memory controller. With a sufficient value, the system should be perfectly stable. Overall Review: Probably the last iteration of DDR4 Trident Z Neo at this capacity. Would buy again.

At the time I tried to get it to work, Ive lost my return ability, so now I have overpaid sticks who could barely work at 3600MHz. Now, its on 2666MHz, seems stable.

We are sorry to hear you had such issues. Unfortunately the memory kit not validated for your motherboard and CPU. If you take a look at the G.Skill QVL or RAM Configurator, there are no AMD motherboards listed, so your results are normal as this kit is designed for Intel platforms that can support 32GB modules of DDR4-4000. Only listed combinations can be expected to run at full speed, so please take a look at the proper list for your motherboard model. (link below)
Also, check to see if you have the latest BIOS for the motherboard as updates may improve compatibility. Should you need help with set up or have any other questions, please feel free to contact us directly. This memory model can still maximize system capabilities. To optimize RAM performance, you can manually lower timings to compensate for the lower DRAM Frequency. This way you still take full advantage of the memory kit’s specification and what you paid for.

To optimize RAM performance, you can manually lower timings to compensate for the lower DRAM Frequency. This way you still take full advantage of the memory kit’s specification and what you paid for.
