Pros: I’ve ordered 8 sticks of these for two machines and 7 were great! Just what I needed. Runs cool at stock.
Cons: 1 was bad, even when forced at lower settings. I’m at an APO AE address and the return hassle is just not worth it. No time to jump through all the hoops for 25 bucks. My loss. -1 egg for the disappointment.
Ordered a replacement as I figured it was just bad luck.

Pros: I bought 76 sticks of this old stuff. Shockingly I had 0 DOA. All of them worked great. I upgraded some old desktops for 7 with this. It worked great.
Cons: None
Pros: Worked as expected. MSI K9N motherboard.
Cons: Darn cyborg ninja pirates riding bears stealing my DDR2 RAMs.
Overall Review: Have had zero compatibility issues with G.Skill RAM ever since switching over three years ago.
Pros: -Cheaper than the heatsinked version
Cons: -Not as good looking as the heatsinked version (but I don’t care, my case has no window)
Overall Review: I was able to match it with an HyperX KHX6400D2/2G stick of RAM in a dual channel pair (same speed, timing and number of chips) on an Intel DG965SS motherboard.
Pros: One of the only available ram sets the fit the needs of an older PC I was upgrading. Great performance on stress testing, small profile saves space in the small case I’m working with.
Cons: None
Pros: Works with an old motherboard with no issues/compatibility issues with the other memory already installed.
Cons: None
Pros: Excellent stick of ram. Stuck it in my PC and was instantly recognized.
Cons: Price. DDR2 is much more expensive than DDR3. I wish my motherboard was DDR3 compatible.
Overall Review: I like the lifetime guarantee that is provided with it.

Pros: It works right out of the package no tweeking or adjusting of anything required. It is Gskill and that says it is a quality memory product. It is about the fastest DDR2 still available and the size makes is a good value for the money over buying two seperate 1Gb sticks. The timings are very good as well at 5-5-5-15 most others DDR2 800 are timed at 6 or higher.
Cons: It didn’t come with a case badge. Also no heat spreader but hey it is the value level of their RAM
Overall Review: I bought this stick to add into an older machine to give it a fw months more life. The memory that I already have in there is Gskill DDR2 1066 5-5-5-15 (2 1Gb sticks). This slotted right in and the timing of the older memory matched up to it with no difficulty because the timings were identical. It makes my machine perform like it did a few years ago and for under 30 bucks. The 1066 that was in the machine when I originally built it has never given me any issues and it is now approx. 6 1/2 years old. Not only does Gskill make high quality RAM they make it to last as long as you can keep the platform it is installed in working.
Every machine I have rebuilt for family and friends now runs Gskill RAM exclusively and I have never had any issues with their RAM. I know it is always possible to get a bad stick occasionaly but so far I haven’t gotten one from Gskill.
Also Newegg got it here in a timely manner and it was in good condition even though it was sent in only a padded mailer. For RAM I wish they would use a small box just to lessen the possibility of it getting bent or broken in shipment.
