Overall Review: – Windows 10 crashes frequently despite product is shown as compatible with my DELL Inspiron 3268 Desktop.
– Replaced with the original DELL provided 4GB RAM and it worked fine.

Cons: Ordered the 16 GB kit (2 x 8 GB). At first, my PC indicated the full amount of RAM was installed, but only half of it was usable. Did some trouble shooting, and found that with one of the sticks installed, the computer booted. With the other, it would not, no matter which RAM slot it was in. Returned the kit and received a replacement no problem. The new kit is DOA. Neither stick registers. Very disappointing!
Overall Review: I have no trust in Crucial memory now. Maybe it’s bad luck, but…maybe not.

Pros: Ram worked for a while and then my computer would randomly crash and restart. Tested both sticks (one at a time) with memtest and one of the sticks failed the test due to “too many errors found”. Newegg was awesome in resolving the issue.
Cons: One of the sticks failed after 1.5 years (not gaming, just regular office stuff use) and after contacting Crucial and mailing them the bad stick, they informed me that it was not their ram.
Overall Review: The ram worked fine while it did. As mentioned above, Newegg resolved the issue without any hesitation. Thank you Newegg for your dedication to customer service and that is why I have been a customer for almost 2 decades now.

Pros: price was reasonable, but nothing amazing considering you can find same price elsewhere.
Cons: there is absolutely no response from the seller when you try to contact them – exactly what you dont want from an online retailer.
Overall Review: After 9 days of no response to emails, ran out of patience as i have to get the PC built so my son can use it for school work – my bad for not realising this was going to take soooo long. ive now ordered the ram from another retailer that can actually guarantee delivery date. If the sticks ever do arrive i will return them to newegg.
