Pros: Good memory, have had it since 2009 and it still works with no memory errors today. (Oct 2014)

Pros: great sticks, name brand, 2GB, REALLY cheap price, and REALLY good overclocker’s, made a big difference in vista coming from 1GB. my sticks are currently running on defult speed, 5-5-5-15 @ 325 MHz (DDR2 667), was able to overclock them to to 365 MHz = (DDR2 750), pretty sure they can reach 400MHz (DDR2 800) easy, but cant on my motherboard it sucks.

Cons: the only con i can think of is that, the sticks dont come with heat spreaders.

Pros: First brand of ram I ever bought was Crucial. However, with this new computer I just built I was having problems with the ram. So I went to back to Crucial and the ram worked the second i turned the computer on.

Cons: none i actually like having no heat spreaders (see other thoughts)

Overall Review: i stuck a pair of thermalright HR07 type L and type H heatsinks to these sticks and theyre stable at 1000Mhz and 2.0 volts. Im sure they can go higher though i dont see the reason to do so. Dont let the high latency throw you off from buying this ram especially if youre using a 10k or 15k rpm hard drive for the latency doesnt even make much of a difference then. Crucial makes great ram

Pros: Had one stick of this memory for over a year in a Shuttle SD31P and coupled with a Pentium 830D and 2 Raptors running in RAID 0 the performance has been blazing.

Now the other shoe has dropped and there is money for an enhancement. I purchased another stick and well I would have to say that with 2 gig the shuttle simply flies through any and all tasks. True dual-channel is outstanding. It is not simply the speed but there is a certain smoothness to the execution that was lacking from the system before. Currently running at stock speed 667MHz no heat sink coolers, no overclock.

Overall Review: Good basic memory for those that troubleshoot might want the 512MB version (compatible with a wide range of motherboards in my experience)

The 1.8V rating also works well with the Intel DG865WH motherboard which is well known for its pickyness with memory. Plug-n-play with that board.

Pros: I was worried about this product working with my 800Mhz FSB, but it worked right out of the box in dual channel mode with no BIOS tweaking. I can’t wait for my CPU upgrade so I can take full advantage of the speed of this RAM.

Overall Review: I have noticed a lot of people complaining about the lack of heat spreaders on this and similar products. I have been a systems integrator for Intel for the past 9 years and have yet to see a RAM stick get hot enough to require a heat sink, they are just for show. So don’t worry about it.

Pros: Crucial RAM is rock solid, stable, reliable and compatible. They have an excellent configurator that makes it just about impossible to get the wrong RAM for your system/motherboard. I just bought a second pair of these to max my latest system out at 8GB. I have 3 PCs at home ranging in age from 8 years to 6 months, all with Crucial RAM, never a problem.

Cons: Motherboard didn’t recognize the memory as DDR2 1066, wouldn’t boot up. Had to install ddr2 800 memory, go into bios and change the memory settings manually, and then install the DDR2 1066. At first I thought that the memory was bad
