Pros: Fair price for what you get
Cons: After sending back a Cisco ASA5505 due to being DOA we called Nave Point to return the rack because we decided to use another firewall. They told me it was company policy to not return anything that wasn’t faulty. I explained that we would never use it, but was given no legitimate excuse for not being able to return the rack.
Nave Point will never see a dollar of mine again. I gave it 3 stars because the rack was actually decent, but the customer service was pathetic.
