Pros: Love that I can play games with my husband using it but its lightweight and doesnt look like a gaming laptop. I love the touchscreen for editing photos, I love that it has the 10 key which a lot that size do not. The face recognition is nice too.
Cons: They keyboard is a little scrunched which makes sense as its a smaller laptop. Takes a little getting used to but its not bad. I do wish the usb c port could handle extra HDMI as sometimes two more screens would be nice.
Overall Review: Overall, I love this laptop and would highly recommend it for an occasional gamer, creator, and everyday computer use. Overall easy and comfortable to use
Overall Review: it was perfect until the usb port randomly died. not sure if this is just my bad luck or is it a general issue
Pros: Got it for on the go work & play, light weight and powerful I can easily and quickly work on 3d models and content creation. As well as booting up the occasional lunch time gaming session. Solid screen resolution everything looks great nice color and brightness.
Cons: Out of box ran into some issues with Bluetooth and wifi connectivity, kinda weak and spotty at times. Tried to factory reset and update drivers but no dice 🙁 still spotty. But after some time the problem seems to have gone away for now
Overall Review: Considering wifi & Bluetooth issues its still a great laptop caught it on sale for 1.1k & it was well worth it for on the go working and gaming.
Pros: – decent performance
– fair keyboard
– not too expensive
– headset jack, I missed this option very much on my old laptop
– for my purposes (web development) lasts for honest 8+ hours from battery (I use dark themes everywhere, you know – OLED)
– in eco mode outputs same performance as my old dell xps 9560 in performance mode
– tpm + bitlocker is awesome (on old xps I have to type password each time)
– HDR videos look fantastic, even better than on xps 9560 UHD screen
Cons: – no extendable RAM. it is no secret of course, I just wish RAM was upgradable. having 32GB would be more convenient for my use cases.
– only FullHD. it is almost painful to look at fonts after UHD screen on xps.
– colors feel a tad worse either
– asus recommends to hide task bar, because apparently OLED screen will burn out faster for static images. I read plenty reviews but nobody emphasized that. Not a big cons if screen will last for at least 5 years
– keyboard. it is generally nice but I hate the numpad. Why use numpad on 15″ laptop? Because of it keys are shifted to the left relative to the laptop center and right arm sometimes presses the touchpad. I would prefer keyboard without numpad
– touchpad has some problems. on my old dell xps touchpad works perfectly fine and always recognized 3-4 finger actions correctly. this one sometimes doesn’t. it is really annoying when I try 4 finger gesture and instead touchpad recognizes that as 3 finger one. also from time to time it does not react to touches and 2 finger scrolling. happens few times a day
– due to lid design it is not so comfortable on the knees. lid edge is pretty sharp so special position is required. tolerable
Overall Review: Overall I like this laptop after few weeks of testing. It is fast, it doesn’t heat at all with my workflow, it lasts for entire day, decent build quality, not to mention it is cheap (almost twice cheaper than new xps I wanted). I switched from dell xps 15 and only significant problem I experience is screen sharpness. FullHD is just not enough, I wish there was a 2k option.
Also would be nice to have a usb-c charger just to get rid of extra port
Certainly would recommend.
Cons: My only con is that I didn’t buy the Dou. That thing looks NOICE
Overall Review: The Asus Zenbook is a great machine, I do content creation and like to game in the office when I get some down time. I rock most of Asus products in my Gaming PC, its a company I trust. I love the feel of the keys, the vibrant OLED screen is breathtaking and it is Quick! This the the all in one machine for me. I don’t feel like I wasted a cent on the product. good Job Asus

Pros: I loved the build quality, the OLED display and the ergonomics.
Cons: I would trade the touch screen for an UHD panel.
Overall Review: Overall great laptop, amazing build quality and more than enough performance. I was skeptical to buy it, because at that time there were no reviews on this exact model. However my needs have been satisfied. I would highly recommend this laptop!
