Pros: -Fast processor
-Great performance, graphics rendering, gaming, etc.
-Would work great as a business system, but due to the issues below, not possible
Cons: -Keyboard / main board defective, repeating characters / spaces w/o touching keyboard (have already validated all windows settings)
-After multiple RMA’s MSI sent back systems that were not fixed. In fact, one return had a Spanish keyboard, when it was originally English
-RMA and customer service process are disorganized, and disconnected in terms of informing customer
Overall Review: It’s a shame, this system would have been top tier for just about any type of application. But instead, a faulty keyboard / board problem, coupled with the dilapidated customer service / RMA process, has rendered it a useless system. I can’t imagine how MSI will ever be more than a disorganized gaming company, with simple issues like this being left open. I’m in the industry, and all it takes is an effective diagnosis, repair, and error/resolution validation process. Instead, we are faced with just dropping them as an option for our business.
