Pros: Was hoping for a bit more out of these sticks but clearly AMD needs to do some work on their BIOS, and am a little disappointed. I managed to get 3066mHz with a voltage of 1.395V, at timings of 18-18-18-39 stable. 3200mHz constantly gave errors in Prime 95, even with votlages of 1.415, which is as high as I wanted to go. I have a feeling AMD needs to correct some comms issues, especially if INTEL is getting 4000mHz. I can’t blame the GSKILL stuff… working as advertised… just going to give it a knock because I wanted the RGB, with the Samsung B Di memory. 😉
Cons: None really. 🙂
Thank you for your G.Skill purchase and review. Good to hear the memory is working well in your new AMD Ryzen build. Currently, many motherboards have a limited DRAM frequency due to immature BIOS so it can be a little tricky setting up DDR4-3000+ To push the limits of the system, make sure all power saving features are disabled and Performance Enhance disabled as they can hinder clocking. Also, the RAM is sufficient with 1.35V DRAM Voltage. The other Voltages you may need to tweak is the SoC Voltage. This is the memory controller Voltage and it can be slightly lacking when attempting a high frequency. Once you supply the sufficient amount, the computer should be fast and smooth. Pros: great choice in ram for overclocking. Lots of headroom xmp profile lives up to its hype. no issues so far to report.
Cons: none
Overall Review: I’ve built a many systems over the years using G Skill and no issues. Solid , stable ram for any application from my experiences.

Pros: -Great aesthetics (even though this one has no rgb, it still looks nice).
-Has 4000 MHz with some of the faster latencies around as compared to similar 4000 MHz products from other makers.
Cons: -No complaints so far, there is another version of TridentZ 4000 MHz but with rgb though.
Overall Review: I recommend this product to those interested in good ratio of faster latency and high MHz.
