Pros: PC works after some tweaking and came with larger HD than listed
Cheap, but based on condition should have been cheaper
Cons: Visually, the case is well worn
Screws were bent holding the CD drive in place, making it difficult to remove.
Clips on the front panel of the case and the hard drive container were broken
Foam padding was covering inputs for eSATA/Display port and had to be cut out to use
Pros: Price is excellent. Quality of refurbish seems good. Appearance is lightly used. System is fast.
Cons: Cheap mouse/keyboard. Had to upgrade Intel graphic driver for Windows 7.
Overall Review: I’m very pleased with this purchase. We needed a computer for home and it didn’t need to be anything more than a basic model. I hesitated buying refurbished. However, for the price, the quality is great and it seems to be working great.
I purchased with Windows 7 since that is what we were using on the last computer. I did have to upgrade the Intel graphic drivers but it was pretty simple.
Hopefully this computer will last for many years.
Pros: Arrived exactly as described (hardware, OS, accessories), clean and in like new condition. Took a look in side and device was very clean, again, like new. Performance is excellent.
Cons: None so far.
Pros: Came very clean and well packaged. Some minor scratches but in really good shape overall.
Cons: Nothing so far. Nice to get a system with no bloatware all over it. Of coarse had to update windows with 200+ updates but kind of expected that.
Overall Review: I may pick up another one as an internet station for the kids. I was quite pleased with the value of this system, and Newegg rocks as always!
Pros: The Price for what you get, its amazing. They said 750 GB of hard drive but mine came with 950 GB or so. Great computer at a great price, better? maybe if you buy the same computer in 10 years from now.
Cons: None.

Pros: I purchased two of the refurbished Dell Optiplex 760 desktops.
They both work fine and are snappy fast. Windows 7 is wonderful and the machines handle it fine. Internet is fast and all programs that I use work well. The price is right.
Cons: Have not found any.
