Pros: – Quick laptop, games load nicely.
– RGB keyboard is pretty cool.
– Not sure how I feel about Windows 11 yet
Cons: – A bit disappointed during gameplay, if I use Nvidias ‘Optimized’ settings my FPS is quite low when compared to my old laptop running the same games that only had a GTX970M vs this monster RTX3070Ti.
– Also my old laptop the fans ran oh so quiet while gaming and this one is noisy as hell.
– I really miss the second HDD in my old laptop, yes I got a bigger SSD in this one but that second 1TB HDD for storage was awesome and in the newer laptops thats a thing of the past. And to add a second SSD I have to rip half the laptop apart where my old one had a simple little panel to remove and thats it, done in 5 minutes vs this one would take 20-30 minutes and possibilities to break something along the way very stupid design.
– Lastly the all black design of the laptop is a bit boring. My last one had some really cool designs to it, larger opening/fins for the computer with red coloured fins and red LEDs to light it all up. Some cool unique things to make the laptop actually look like a gaming laptop, something special. This one is just blah plain.
Overall Review: All in all I don’t feel it was worth the price tag. I feel a bit robbed. I wish my last one had not died on me.
