Toshiba America Information Systems MK1234GSK 120GB 2.5″ notebook hard drive with a 5400RPM motor that gives it up to a 12% performance boost over 4200RPM drives. The SATA150 interface and 8MB cache provide a high speed pathway between your notebook and your data.
This drive’s capacity makes it eminently suitable for portable audio and video editing or recording. It is also a great drive for notebooks, tablet PCs, printers, copiers and external storage devices.

Pros: Great price. Lots of room. If you are looking to upgrade your ps3 hdd this product is for you.
Cons: none.
Pros: I bought this hdd for my ps3, installed in 5 minutes, formatted, runds cool, and is fast. i went from 20gb to 120gb.
The item was packaged very well too.
Cons: None so far!
Overall Review: I put a rush on this package, but it still took 4 days to ship from 3 day ups.
Pros: Bought the 20Gb PS3 and installed this HDD in 3 minutes!!The 60gb PS3 costs more than the total of a 20gb PS3 and this 120gb HD combined. Hmmmmmm….TWICE the storage for less money than the best PS3 set up availabe….No brainer!! and I just sold the 20gb that came in my PS3 originally for $30….further improving the financial benefit of going this route.
Cons: NONE!!! The swap is so easy a monkey could do it!! Just google PS3 HDD Upgrade and follow the simple instructions (with pictures) and BAM 120gb PS3!!!
Overall Review: DO NOT be afraid to attempt this modification unless electronics tend to explode when you touch them…LOL

Pros: I got this hard drive as an upgrade from a 60GB HDD that I bought. Now I’ve got more then enough room for gamesaves, music, pics, and videos.
Cons: I managed strip the screws and ended up having to pull out the pliers.
Overall Review: Be careful when removing the 4 screws that hold the HDD in place.
Pros: Easy upgrade for PS3, remove 5 small screws, remove 20gig HD and insert 120gig HD. Superfast delivery by NEWEGG. Highly recommended, great job by NEWEGG.

Overall Review: NEWEGG is the way to order over the internet. Fast shipping, low prices and all done without leaving the house. Thanks NEWEGG…
Pros: Excellent replacement for the hdd used in the PS3. Matches RPMs, power usages etc..

Overall Review: Plug and play update. Use a usb drive to back up game saves as you will loose it all when you upgrade.
Pros: It ONLY took 10 minutes, which included putting all game saves and pics on a thumb drive, then swapping hard drives, formatting the new HDD and then reinstalling the game saves. Only took 10 minutes total. Don’t be afraid to do this, anyone that can use a screw driver can do this.
Cons: NON
Overall Review: If you don’t have a thumb drive, you can get one on here for xx bucks. It makes the transfer of game data very quick and easy, plus you can use it for putting pics on the 20gigs.

Overall Review: For being only $xxx for 120gb, I consider that a great deal. It installed with ease into my MacBook, no issues, installed OSX in minutes.
