Pros: It’s from Western Digital which I usually like
Cons: Failed after 6 weeks
Pros: Great speed! You can’t go wrong with this one!
Cons: None!
Pros: Inexpensive storage.
Cons: Bought two, one failed after initializing. Newegg return process is painless! Best in the business. Refurb drives are nice to have on hand to get a computer back up and running in a hurry. For systems requiring higher levels of reliability you might consider a retail drive, but I have had good results with refurb drives from several different manufacturers.
Pros: referred to Newegg.com by a very good computer source.
Cons: I was sold a bad hard drive. Still have the bad hard drive.
Overall Review: Purchased this hard drive, thought more was wrong with the computer. Finally paid to have a computer store look at it. The computer tech advised hard drive bad.
Pros: It was cheap, it worked for a few months.
Cons: It died just outside of the manufacturer’s warranty. I should have read the specs closer, only a 90-day warranty on a refurbished hard drive?!
Overall Review: 🙁

Pros: Worked fine for five months, then didn’t
Cons: Started giving me issues last month and is now completely dead. I guess I was asking for it buying refurbished instead of new, but I kind of expected it to last more than five months.
Overall Review: I usually love newegg stuff. Arrives quickly and I’ve never had any trouble before. That said I think I am going to avoid refurbished items from now on.
