And with rows upon rows of teeth, not only does it perform bravely, but also looks aggressive in your chassis.
DDR3 1600This G.SKILL memory kit is rated at 1600MHz to deliver up to 12.8GB/s bandwidth per channel to deal with the evolving needs of today’s operating systems and applications. Cas Latency 9 timing ensures smoother system response.
Quad-Channel Memory SolutionG.SKILL RipjawsZ series is the ultimate quad-channel memory solution designed specifically for the cutting-edge LGA-2011 Core i7 processors and X79 chipset platform. All G.SKILL RipjawsZ memory modules are fully tested in quad-channel operation on X79 chipset platforms with G.SKILL’s rigorous testing procedures. As a result, RipjawsZ offers lightening speed with solid stability for your system.
Outstanding Cooling DesignAt G.SKILL, we understand that heat management is always an important issue for any PC building enthusiast. In order to address this problem, the RipjawsZ Series are especially designed with a stylish teeth-like heat spreader fin design, which provides optimal heat dissipation by exposing a greater surface area to cool air, without sacrificing any “swag” in your system.

We are sorry to hear you are not fully satisfied with the memory kit. XMP 1.3 will only be present in kits that need it. For example, 64GB kits, DDR3-1866+, these extreme kits will need the added benefit of XMP 1.3. If your system has issues with XMP 1.2, manually input settings and it should work very well. The purpose of XMP is to automatically input DRAM frequency, timings, and voltage, but it can be done manually as well in a couple minutes. Should you need assistance with this or have any questions, please feel free to contact us directly.

Overall Review: I bought 8 sticks for 32gb total and put it into DX79SI
Pros: No problems put them in and mb knew what they were and were at correct speed.
ASRock X79 Extreme6/GB
Cons: none
Pros: Runs fast, no problems with compability in my Intel Sabertooth LGA 2011
Cons: Did not come in blue 🙁
Overall Review: Ran memtest and prime95, no problems
Corsair 650D Case
Corsair H100 Water Cooling
Asus Intel Sabertooth LGA 2011
i7 3820 Sandy LGA 2011
8 Sticks, 32 gig G.Skill Ripjaw Ram
2x Kingston HyperX Ram Fans
120 Gig Patriot Wildfire SSD
EVGA GTX 580
BFG 1000W Power
Pros: At first my x79 deluxe had problems. Taking the time learning the bios made a world of difference. Its Scary Quick.
Cons: none
Overall Review: Good Stuff
Pros: I’m able to play multiple games at the same time, do video encoding and stream video. Love it so far.
Rampage 4 Extreme
Intel I7 3930
Cons: Cost but alas this is actually pretty cheap compared to others at the time of my purchase. Have to pay big to get more.
Overall Review: I always want more but have to keep cost in mind.
Pros: Can’t tell for now, they aren’t working and giving me very bizarre bsod. BIOS seems too to see the full 32GB so that’s good right? 🙂
Cons: Tested this ram with memtest and it failed. I will be RMA’ing them tommorow. Since this was a computer for a client, I had to buy another set of 32GB from my local computer parts shop. That kit could only see 24GB and failed the memtest test as well.
Overall Review: I just got unlucky and I can’t bring down G.Skill since i’m probably 1 out of a million that this could happen to me. We’ll see how fast I can get a replacement for it.
We are sorry to hear one module is bad causing problems. Please send it in for RMA and a replacement should work flawlessly. Pros: They are RED!
Cons: So when I got these my MOBO would not boot. I took a stick out until I got it to boot. Found out 2 sticks were bad. RMA’d those with G.Skill and they wanted me to send the entire kit back. There was no way I could do that because my job requires me to use my PC and having no PC for 7-10 days would be very bad. I sent the 2 sticks back and got 2 sticks back from them that were from 2011’s batch. Once I put all my sticks in, did a memtest and found errors… Took all sticks out, put 1 stick in at a time, ran memtest and found an additional stick that was bad. So in total I had 3 sticks that were bad. At this point I am really tired of having to run a PC that blue screens due to a faulty stick. Removed 2 sticks and am now running on 24gb/32. I don’t know what to do at this point. I am affraid now that I narrowed it down to 1 stick being bad, if I send the entire kit back to get replaced that I might get more bad sticks sent back and have to go through all this wait again.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Each high capacity, high performance memory kit is pre-matched, tested, guaranteed to work in a single computer. This is required for maximum performance in a multi-channel motherboard. So unfortunately if a module is defective, it is recommended to return the entire kit for replacement. Rest assured that the new replacement will be error free, and you should have no issues. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated. For any further questions or issues, please feel free to contact us directly.

Pros: They are red
Cons: There are NOT XMP 1.3.
Overall Review: I thought memory designed for x79 would be xmp 1.3, however these are not.
My ASRock x79 extreme 6 will not enable xmp on 1.2 modules.
Suck.
