If your laptop input is 16.5V 3.65W 60W, then your USB C adapter is not lower than 60W. The Input for Apple laptops are usually 14.5V 3.1A 45W, 16.5V 3.65A 65W, 18.5V 4.6A 85W.

Pros: Runs and charges a 2012 MacBook Air using any USB-C PD adapter that is capable of 20V/2.3A (45 watt or higher), and 2017 15″ MacBook Pro with a more powerful adapter (85 watts or higher). The cable reports itself as an 85W MagSafe adapter (see screenshot).
Definitely does what it says! Not all similar items do 🙁
Cons: As a result of the PD spec for 20V with the higher wattage, it provides a higher voltage than the original MagSafe chargers, nominally rated at 16.5V (±0.3V monitoring with iStat Menus), but seems to be tolerated by the laptops. The actual voltage will depend on your power adapter, but it will be around 20.0V ± 0.5V.
Overall Review: Get it! Works for higher wattage laptops, and is a convenient way to keep using an old laptop.

Overall Review: Great idea, terrible execution. Only sometimes works in one orientation and if it does it will charge and stop repeatedly.
